MLT Group is excited to offer your business our FIRST VIEW product, a powerful marketing tool for in-room advertising. FIRST VIEW is the perfect solution for branding your guests’ experience while making them aware of amenities and ancillary services.

Production Services:
MLT Group will provide production services for the creation of a professional commercial spot for your business to be shown on a proprietary channel in the hotel rooms of your lodging facilities.

Item One: MLT Group will provide full production of up to two minutes of commercial advertising for your business. This commercial advertising will highlight facility features and amenities as requested by you. Production services to include design, scripting or script consultation, casting or casting consultation, all digital video capture (locations provided by you ), shoot direction, non-linear digital editing and titling, license free music and music editing, voice over recording and editing, project management and mastering to DVD. Spots will be updated on demand annually. Digital copies of the finished production for other applications, such as TV commercial broadcasts, will be available at a licensing fee of $250.00. Talent fees, including those for actors or additional voice over artists are not included.

Item Two: The inclusion of a multi-segment “Local Highlights & History” program featuring local overview, history, locations of interest and entertainment opportunities. This annually updated program will include rich video imagery, dynamic narration and music.

Item Three: The inclusion of a multi-segment “Destinations” program featuring popular destinations in the city and the surrounding area. Shot on location and presented with upbeat music and fast paced and entertaining narration, this program will be updated annually. (Subject to sponsorship)

Item Four: The inclusion of a monthly “Area Events” program that includes many of the numerous offerings at local and area theatres, galleries, arts or sports venues and more with one or more video clip event-highlight-segments per month. This program to be produced every month to keep the information offered fresh. This includes delivery of updated DVDs each month. (Subject to sponsorship)

Item Five (Optional): The full production of a monthly hotel calendar that includes offerings within your facility. This program to be produced every month to keep the information offered fresh. This includes delivery of updated DVDs each month. (This optional feature has a cost to the hotel of $150.00 per month.)

Maintenance & Support Services:
MLT Group will provide maintenance & support services for the continuous play of the First View program at your location. MLT Group will provide one DVD copy of each installment of the complete program monthly and will provide one DVD player to be used for program play in each location. MLT Group will also provide routine maintenance of the DVD players and technical support to your staff charged with loading and playing the DVDs.

The Lodging Providers Role:
In exchange for the program development, branding and maintenance services of MLT Group, your organization agrees to provide the television channel and physical system on which the First View program will be “broadcast” within your facility, and allows MLT Group to sell and air advertising on this channel.

The system requirements are minimal and include a “video in” plug into your existing cable system and that the television channels be configured to make First View the first channel that appears when guests tune to television programming. The First View system is compatible with “pay to view” programs like Lodgenet and On Command and offers branding and detailed facilities information that those programs do not.

Advertising on First View is limited to business entities that do not compete with your business, i.e. we will not sell advertising to other lodging providers. You also retain the right to review ads proposed for airing on the First View channel within your facilities and may request changes to these ads if they do not meet with generally accepted standards.

This dynamic program, complete with professional design and production of a compelling video commercial for your facility, will reinforce your branding with your guests and also help drive guests toward ancillary services such as convention and restaurant offerings. Additionally the area information and advertising found on First View is valuable to your guests, creating a positive impression of your business and services.
